Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the order date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new condition and be in the original wrapping with the barcode and tag attached (if applicable). Please include the original receipt or invoice. Send an email to customerservice@modemundo.com telling us you would like to make a return and what you are sending back. Please include the order number. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Approval: We will only accept items that are clearly in original, brand new and unworn condition. We cannot accept items when they have stains on the inside or outside of the fabric (such as from makeup, deodorant, baby powder), or covered in pet hair/glitter. Also, we will not accept items that have safety pins or other types of alterations. If items are received in unacceptable condition we will mail the item back to you at your cost or dispose of the item without issuing a refund.
