Mode Mundo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do accept returns, please see below for our return and exchange policies.  


Our policy lasts 30 days from the order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items are subject to our approval policy below. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same brand new condition that they were received. Any clothing tags and size stickers must still be attached. Items must also be in the original packaging and wrapping with the barcode. Please include the original receipt or invoice. Send an email to telling us you would like to make a return and what you are sending back. Please include your order number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable). Send the item to:

All items are subject to our approval. Please see our approval policy below. If you just try on the item, our approval policy should not be a problem.  

Approval Policy: We will only accept items that are clearly in original, brand new and unworn condition. We cannot accept items when they have stains on the inside or outside of the fabric (such as from makeup, deodorant, baby powder, etc.), or covered in pet hair/glitter. Also, we will not accept items that have safety pins or other types of alterations. If items are received in unacceptable condition we will mail the item back to you at your cost or dispose of the item without issuing a refund.      


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then we will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer a one-time exchange. As long as the item is new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with the barcode we will accept your exchange. Send us an email at telling us what the item is and what you would like to exchange it for. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Send your item and original receipt or invoice  to:

When we receive your item and if it is approved, we will send your exchange. There is no additional fee to ship the new exchange to you. 


If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please email and we will work with you to find a resolution.  

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
